Massages and ammenities were perfection.

The most helpful, considerate, kind staff I have ever encountered. Beautiful views from the rooms. I attended my granddaughter there this past weekend......phenomenal!!! Highly recommend.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained. We visited over Memorial Day Weekend and received a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The staff treated us and our bernese mountain dog with great service throughout the trip. The massage treatment and the spa pool area was a highlight of the trip. Dinner at the Loft was great, as was the service. A major lowlight was breakfast at the Loft - our order, and many others came incomplete, servers didn't know what was on the menu, bloody mary had no garnish, the list goes on.. a really poor experience for what you'd expect from the Montage. The new cafe also wasn't very good.

I think the Montage is one of the top properties in the entire US. Staff bends over backwards to ensure any unforeseen issues are taken care of quickly with excellent attention to customer service.

We love this place, very beautiful, excellent service. I’ll say it’s a real luxury hotel design with clients comfort and convenience in mind. Kids pool, main pool and hot tub all facing the ocean, time just went by very fast. When you leave the hotel outside of the main entrance, there is a somewhat high tech water dispenser on the wall for your long drive. Exfoliating bar soap in bath tub. Afternoon 4pm S’mores by the pool side around a fire pit. Children’s playroom is by far the best, with variety of toys, well maintained, clean and staff in there will ask for your playlist the first thing you entered the playroom. I don’t mind paying to have the playroom by ourselves - it totally worth. Two little disappointments - water pressure at the shower and ice cream fridge was not working in the cafe

Easily the most fantastic and relaxed resort I’ve ever visited. The staff is exceptionally friendly!
