Best place to stay, clean and comfortable, Deepak and Seema very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at Carmel Hill. The room was clean and spacious, great for dogs, and it's across the street from a convenient shopping center.

This place is a hell hole of germs and grime.!! | Do Not Recommend this place to anyone ever.!! The picture I took are of all the nasty things in this room. From the floor to the walls tub ceiling it was all bad like my lord. I slept with my clothes on..! And don't expect to get your money back either or a comp. They wanted to do nothing for us. Horrible experience. Horrible owners. Please don't stay here! They have many more better cleaner places down the st or right next door..! The online reviews are misleading. Or a scam.!

Dan is extremely helpful and accommodating. He is always available to make your stay comfortable and safe. I would recommend this and come back always. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Everything about this place is just perfect! Not to mention the price is right. Everything was clean, and appointed. The location is close to a nice shopping area and very convenient to fisherman's wharf and cannery row , where we planned to visit. The service here from Dan has absolutely notch. I have truly never received such great service at a motel before. We'll definitely come again when we are in this area.

If I could give more stars for the service I absolutely would. I stayed here for a couple days with my family and it was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and the service rivals stays at hotels that are 5x the price. For the price, it is an absolute steal. Den went out of his way multiple times to make sure that we had the best stay possible. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Monterey!

Carmel Hill Lodge was the BEST choice for a budget friendly and cozy weekend getaway The rooms were very clean and comfortable for the value of this lodge. The front desk staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. They truly want you to have the best experience. The location is perfect - 10 minutes to downtown Carmel or 10 minutes to downtown Monterey. Will be staying again when visiting Carmel.
