Monterey Peninsula Pride

Monterey Peninsula Pride is a volunteer-run nonprofit, founded in 2017, that organizes the area's annual Pride in June. The parade goes along Alvarado Street in downtown Monterey and ends with a festival at Custom House Plaza with community groups, stalls and live performances. The group also keeps a year-round directory of LGBTQ+ resources in Monterey County, covering youth services, health and community groups, and lists occasional social events with local businesses.
