Stayed here for a week in May 2026, celebrating my husbands 30th birthday. Room was clean, NO bed bugs like I kept reading about on here. Room is a little dated but I’m not staying there for the decor. They provide you with basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner etc), hair dryer, iron & board, microwave, ice bucket & a coffeemaker. Air conditioning & free parking was a blessing! The staff were all lovely! A lovely lady Steph, organised for my husband to have his favourite bottle of whiskey, a slice of cake, a lovely birthday card signed by all the staff & some towel swans, ready for our arrival! I didn’t think we had breakfast included but was surprised at check in that we did. They had coffee, juice, a small selection of fruits & yogurt, gravy & biscuits, A waffle maker with sauces for toppings & a selection of pastries & toast. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked clean and inviting! Not that close Broadway but Ubers only cost me $6 / $7 per trip, or the hotel offers a free shuttle back and forth at certain times! I’m glad I chose to ignore the negative reviews on here because I didn’t experience anything negative. Would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Originally we had a room on the second floor. The room had mold in the shower and the pressure was barely there. The ac unit was blowing out the most horrendous smell. They moved us to the 8th floor where we were told the shower pressure is so high that the drains can’t keep up with draining so as your showering the water is rising to your mid calf. Absolutely disgusting. The toilets take atleast 2 minutes to flush and then to refill the tank is another 2 minutes it’s super annoying. If the city wasn’t so booked we would’ve left there and went to another hotel. This place was terrible.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. The worst part was the smell of damp. The carpets were absolutely disgusting. The staff didn’t seem to know anything, for example there was a power cut and I asked where the stairs are located and the girl at reception didnt know. The bath had all black stuff in it, the floor was wet from damp. I initially thought this was because it was raining, but it didn’t dry. When I walked on the carpet my socks were black. I had to use trainers, honestly it was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. It was so old, and it wasn’t just the carpet in the rooms, the carpet in all public areas had ground in dirt. There were cobwebs in the room. The only thing that felt clean thankfully was the bed, the bed linen was clean. however this hotel run a weird procedure whereby you have to ask for your room to be cleaned. They also only give us a few hours notice there was a power cut and it was on an A4 sheet that you may not have seen. I will never be back.

Great food. Wish I lived in FL so I could eat here more often.

Just NOPE!!!! Moldy bathroom, filthy carpet, dated worn furnishings. Probably the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. The fact that they charge a resort fee is ridiculous. Nothing about this place feels like a "resort".
