Stayed here twice now while visitingNYC. Easy to get to, just outside the city. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff.
Some of the reviews I saw before I booked were not that great, but my experience on a 4-day stay here has been excellent. They upgraded me to a large and quiet corner room to honor my Diamond rewards status, and everything's been quite good. The staff seems very attentive and responsive, and in particular the evening-shift front-desk manager Sara has been superb. Went way out of her way to help me with a slight emergency, came up with some very smart ideas on how to solve it, and was super-polite and helpful with everything. Whatever Wyndham's paying this gal, I think she probably deserves a raise. (And I really mean that. Employees like her are tremendously valuable to a hospitality business.) Thanks again, Sara.
This hotel needs to decide if it's a hotel or a night club. Stayed here for a wedding and was almost impossible to sleep with the nightclub noise until 3am, even on the 4th floor.
Definitely was a clean environment & felt welcomed 😌
JUNETEENTH 2026 DJ after 10 sucked. Don’t ever hire her again. Asked her to play bad bunny twice, she said yes, and then proceeded to play phil Colin’s??????
