ARcare (North Little Rock HIV Program)

Highly do not recommend! I was supposed to receive services from ArCare Kanis location in LR AR and deprived on behalf of my needs. Kristen, ArCare case manager makes it a very hard process to receive gas/food card. Her supervisor Cinthia is dishonest with as I withdrew in writing to case manager Kristen from ArCare program. I requested a letter from ArCare stating date I withdrew from Ryan White Program and was given a letter stating I didn't meet eligibility which is lie being prior to being in the Program since 2021. Then when this lie couldn't sustain, Kristen mention that I fail to renew which is another lie because I withdrew from this program in December 2025. Renewal was not until March 2026. All these non-profit organizations are profiting from sick citizens and are depriving and limiting clients from services. I withdrew from this program although ARcare defaming my character as a non compliant client. It's a shame poor man Ryan White name is being tarnished.

The receptionist, white woman with glasses is super rude. Not sure who is over this place, but they need to train these people in customer care. After walking in and standing there for 5 minutes ( there was noone at reception) ,here comes the receptionist, sees me and my daughter standing there, so she just sits down and goes on her computer, I asked her if they were closed, she said" no what can I help you with" ,without even looking up from her computer, i asked her what was their self paying fees, she starts mumbling something like " oh I can't give you anything about the thing " , so I repeated what she said and again, without looking up from her computer she said oh yea sorry, I can't give you a price, I told her to forget it and walked out. So so disrespectful and rude. Teach her how to deal with potential patients coming in.

It’s called ARCare for a reason! I have been going here for years, Dr. Aaron made me want to stick with this facility and now that I have met Dr. Beck I have so many reasons to continue coming back. The team is very welcoming & understanding. They made sure to meet me half way and find solutions and solve any health issues I have. Grateful for them.

Went in for fasting blood testing after calling that morning.." just walk in"..get there at 10:00.."we're too busy today..I can schedule you an appointment " I immediately called the Arcare on Kanis Rd ..needless to say I got my blood testing done without a problem!

The receptionist is very rude here and has a bad attitude

Very nice staff,they always treat me so kind and yes they do show many concerns for my overall health, they're also very good with scheduling,I get in and out as I expect to

I see now why this practice has only 3.7 Star review. Wish I had NEVER gone to Dr Aaron Woodall. Poor communication within the office, Dr Woodall does NOT want to hear about the issues (pawns off on 800# to complain to and they don’t respond either). When I asked for his help on Patient Assistance Paperwork, and he only wanted to give a 90 day prescription, I explained “You only get ONCE/YEAR for this so a year’s prescription is needed.” He said “I was going to help you but now I’m not!” and he proceeded to toss the paperwork at me and walk out like a toddler! I told him “I owned 3 businesses for 20+ years and would never have treated a customer the way you have me!” and his response was “I’m not a business and you’re not my boss!” Well buddy the minute you decided to take money from my insurance company you BECAME a business. I told him I was finding a new PCP as he was walking down the hall. He obviously has a lot to learn about how to treat patients, handle internal office issues that affect patients, NOT blaming patients for problems HE refuses to address, and how to handle elementary things like Patient Assistance paperwork. Primary Care Doctors are not hard to find. Spare yourself a lot of headache. Don’t go here. I’d give ZERO Stars if I could. I have a new PCP who was just as horrified by this behavior as I was. 0/10. Do Not Recommend.
