This ARcare clinic has stepped up their game. The doctors here have always helped and listened but now they are proactive and responsive to that care. Dr. John Cockrell and his staff are amazing and quick. They take the time to truly listen but have the capacity to be timely. Also, Tiffany in nursing is phenomenal. She had to take my blood and not only did I not feel the needle go in, she did everything quickly, professionally, and did small talk without being overwhelming or pushy. I can't say enough about this staff. The changes they are making now make me glad I switched locations.
Saw Dr. C in December who said he would be more than happy to help me with some ADA paperwork. After multiple reminders, 4 months later, I still have no paperwork. I think it’s a lost cause & it’s disappointing because he used to be very attentive. Wish him the best but he will no longer be my PCP.
The receptionist (I believe her name is Tiffany) is very very rude. She has no care in the world for the patients and I do believe she does not deserve that job. The nurse Tiffany is really rude as well and has Ana walk attitude all the time!!! Dr. Cockerell is amazing and we have nothing bad to say about him but his staff is awful except a few !
The front desk experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist with glasses and distinctive teeth was rude from the moment I approached the desk. When she asked what I needed to be seen for, I explained the reason for my visit. After I finished speaking, she put her hand up in a dismissive manner and responded with a very snotty attitude, as if the information I provided was somehow insufficient. She then looked at me in a way that felt very condescending and unwelcoming. First impressions matter, especially in a healthcare setting where patients expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this interaction immediately created a negative impression. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking quality customer service. If this is the level of professionalism displayed at the front desk, it raises concerns about the overall standard of care.
I love this place! They take care of me EVERYTIME..Never had a bad experience!
