Lovely quaint colonial college inn immediately adjacent to the Amherst College campus. Good and service food at the restaurant in the inn. Very convenient when visiting the college and also great access to the center of the town. Very comfortable beds in the room.
No refrigerator in the room, which is odd, but very nice otherwise.
It was a one-night visit just 8 miles from our home. We enjoyed it, especially the dinner on the porch and the excellent service in all areas of the Inn. Everything was in perfect order, we had no issues. My only suggestion is to offer some sort of enticement to those who stay at the Inn when it comes to breakfast during their stay. Just a thought.
Drinks by the fire (either inside or out) are a must!
