Inn on Boltwood

From Louisiana to Massachusetts, this hotel was an amazing! The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff went above and beyond everyday, and the atmosphere was just perfect. Highly recommend!!!

Charming hotel located in downtown Amherst. Room was nice, but the bathroom was very small. The Bathroom fan was not working. You could hear the people's footsteps from the room above you. We were up early and not in our room a lot so it didn't really bother us, but you may want to book a room on the top floor if that is something that could be an issue. There is no daily service to replace towels unless requested. Comfortable beds and hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful.

My experience at the Inn was caring, down to earth and thoughtful. My kids each got little gift bags, the director swing by to welcome us because we were visiting schools, and the food of yummy. We had the cheese board, salmon, scallops and lobster soup. Thank you for being so accommodating, warm and gracious with your time.

Booked a fireplace room for 3 days and it was wonderful. Was immediately charmed and perfectly comfortable, would not change a thing.
