Circle Care Center

Circle Care Center, at 618 West Avenue in Norwalk, is Connecticut's first community health center created specifically to serve the LGBTQ+ community. Established in 2011, it offers primary medical care, HIV testing and prevention (including PrEP and PEP), gender-affirming care, sexual health services and behavioral health support in a welcoming, culturally competent setting. It is a key health resource for LGBTQ+ people across Fairfield County.
