Friendly, competent team that cares!

I have been going to Circle Care Center for a very long time, and I can honestly say I have always felt well cared for and supported. The staff is incredibly attentive, patient, compassionate, and always goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel comfortable and valued. I especially want to recognize the reception staff. They are always welcoming, kind, respectful, and helpful from the moment I walk in. They make every visit feel easier with their professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns. Their positive attitude and genuine care truly make a difference. Whenever I need help or have a concern, the team is prompt and supportive. The billing department was also very helpful when I had an issue with a balance. They took the time to review the situation and helped get everything resolved, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, Circle Care Center has created an environment where patients feel respected and cared for. I am very happy with the care I receive and grateful for the wonderful team that continues to provide such a welcoming experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the way I have been treated by your office staff and with the ongoing confusion regarding my medical bills. First, I would like to make it clear that Dr. David Rubin is an excellent physician. He has always treated me with professionalism, respect, and compassion. My complaint is not about Dr. Rubin, but about the administrative staff and the billing process. Unfortunately, I have felt that some members of your staff speak to patients in a disrespectful and condescending manner, as if we are ignorant or incapable of understanding our own medical care. Every patient deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. In addition, there seems to be a serious lack of communication and coordination within your billing department. I paid my copay on the day of my appointment because Dr. Rubin is my primary care physician, not a specialist. However, after I had already paid, I received another bill stating that I owed additional money, as if my visit had been billed as a specialist appointment. This situation is confusing and frustrating. Patients should not have to deal with inconsistent information or be charged incorrectly because of internal communication issues. I respectfully ask that you review my account, correct any billing errors, and improve the communication between your staff members to prevent this from happening to other patients in the future.

My first time experience with Circle Care was very welcoming! The staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Such a friendly and warm care space. The Circle Care team is a bright spot in medicine. The team and doctors are all so knowledgeable and kind. I'm so glad spaces like this exist for the community!!

I have been coming to this clinic now for a few years and over time there improving with more options for health care choices witch is more important for someone of lgbt because all places is not lgbt friendly and at this place you always feel welcome no shame just welcomes and smiles this place is very important for people of lgbt because with out it most patients wouldn’t have a primary place for an dr because we tend to stay away from hospitals are clinics because of this and sad to say it neglecting our health because we’re not comfortable this is the millennium And everyone, including doctors and staff should be used to lgbt are trans people and be more professional at places of health with out making the patients feel unwelcome but at circle care I have never felt this and they hired a new dr here name Tess she’s young but very knowledgeable about the body and takes her time to go over lab work and makes you feel comfortable to take to her with out feeling rushed to the next patient she’s the best I’ve sent with since coming here . So if you are a family member is looking for a good lgbt community of drs this place I highly recommend it .
