Oakland Marriott City Center

Oakland Marriott City Center is the big convention hotel at 1001 Broadway, attached to the Oakland convention centre and next to the 12th Street BART station. It is a mainstream hotel, not a gay-marketed one, and it rates 4.2 on Google from about 2,900 reviews. For a queer night out it is well placed: Qué Rico, Next Level, Fluid510 and Summer Bar are all within about ten minutes on foot, and BART reaches downtown San Francisco in roughly 12 minutes. Expect convention crowds and paid parking.
