Hilton Garden Inn Toledo Downtown

Room and stay was great, ordered our valet that said it would take 10 minutes and waited 34 minutes. Will now be late for college orientation. At least 3 people said they would help us and did nothing.

I arrived very late and there were quite a few people in the lobby. Tim checked me in, and took extra precaution not to say my room number or floor out loud. And after a very long and chaotic day, I truly appreciated that level of care.

Stayed at this hotel one night for a baseball tournament in Toledo, that night went to a Mud Hens game which is right across the street.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Convenient location, in the middle of everything walking distance. Two things that will make this place better, adding a pool and not charging for breakfast!

My partner and I traveled from Detroit for a few days to Toledo and had a really great experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, Alyssa at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made the check-in process smooth and took the time to explain all of the amenities the hotel had to offer, which was appreciated. The property itself was clean and well kept, and our riverview room on the 13th floor had a pretty decent view of the city and water. The room and bathroom were both very clean, comfortable, and relaxing after a long drive. The absolute highlight of our stay, though, was the valet service. Joseph was AMAZING. Every time we needed the car, he brought it up quickly, opened the door for me, and was genuinely joyful and professional each day we interacted with him. That level of hospitality really stood out and made our stay even better. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Toledo!

Surprised my parents here a couple of times and this place is always ready. You might get lucky and get a view of the stadium. Managers are always ready to help and super chill.

Clean rooms, convenient location and a good restaurant downstairs all make for a comfortable stay. While parking is separate from the hotel, direct access to the garage is available.

Nichalas at the front desk processed a whole bus load of us extremely efficiently and politely!

If there is a fair or exhibition in Glass City Center, it is an ideal place to stay. It is adjacent. Parking is also available.
