Provincetown Film Society

The Provincetown Film Society is the nonprofit that runs the year-round Waters Edge Cinema at Whalers Wharf and produces the annual Provincetown International Film Festival, a June highlight known for its LGBTQ+ and independent programming and its Filmmaker on the Edge award. Beyond the festival it screens indie, foreign and queer cinema throughout the year, keeping film central to the town's cultural calendar.
