Great time so much fun and friendly

It was good

Very impressed with the quality of service. I travel back and forth from Vegas to Reno weekly, and the Nugget Casino offers the best rates for weekly rooms. They have a great staff and the valet is only $10 per day.

The Nugget was nice. Unfortunately the elevators were a problem because they weren't all working. It was a concert night so the motel was jam packed. 10- 20 minute wait all day till around 11pm.

The elevators were not working and we used stairs . Lines were long for checkin even with the kios And for All the elevators We Used the service One And it Was Slow As Well . Thr valet should be able to pull Car in advance using computer or Phone call . They would not

Having dinner at the Island grill. The restaurant is way understaffed. People have waited 90 minutes for food. The staff is very unorganized almost to the point of confusion. Lots of yelling by upset customers. We are not likely to ever return. A full 45 minutes and no one is even cooking.
