We've been coming to the Nugget for over 40 years. It's consistently the best club and casino in all of Reno/Sparks. The amenities are on point, the food offerings are reasonable, and there's a clear appreciation of locals. The woman who takes my reservations, Patricia, is always polite and efficient.
Patricia was very helpful making our reservation for July.
This hotel has no AC just a cooling water system.
We stayed 2 nights. The elevators were getting upgraded and there was no warning from any of the hotel staff. The café service was horrible. The waiter skipped us twice for people seated after we were seated. We left and ate at the steakhouse instead. I spoke to the front desk manager and was basically told to stay elsewhere, so I will. Too bad I can't give negative stars!
Very nice quiet location and easy to get around places and restaurants I recommend this location
