Joan's in the Park

Joan's in the Park is a small fine-dining restaurant at 631 Snelling Ave S in Highland Park, run by Susan Dunlop and Joan Schmitt. Visit Saint Paul lists it among the city's LGBTQ+ businesses and describes it as a 40-seat, white-tablecloth room. It holds about 4.8 on Google from nearly 500 reviews. With so few seats, book ahead, especially at weekends. It's a quiet dinner spot in a residential neighbourhood, not a nightlife stop.
