Brick Road Coffee

Brick Road Coffee is a queer-owned coffeehouse on South Rural Road in south Tempe that has become one of the city's most reliable LGBTQ+ gathering spots. Beyond espresso drinks, pastries, and a laid-back space to work or hang out, the cafe hosts community meetups, markets, and Pride-season programming, and flies the rainbow flag year-round. With no dedicated gay bar left in Tempe, Brick Road fills the role of a daytime community hub where local queer residents, ASU students, and allies feel at home.
