People are super helpful there selection of snacks in lobby are amazing.... get a basket of goodies in your room. Housekeeping is great rooms are very clean everything works hard to find places so clean and friendly at there prices. Amazing pool area there is a weight room rec room pool table Foosball. It's like high priced motels but us normal people can afford

Beware—this was not the experience we expected based on the reviews. Unfortunately, it did not feel safe or relaxing, and I would not stay here again. If you check in after 8:00 p.m., you have to enter through a back gate. We were supposed to receive an email with instructions but never did, making the arrival very confusing. Even though the front door posted a contact number and they answered to let us get access in, the area around the entrance didn't feel safe, and we witnessed some questionable activity while coming in and out to the second floor—there's no elevator. The room itself was minimally clean but very outdated and sparse. Bedroom lights didn't work and the biggest disappointment was the bed. The pillows were terrible, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and finding a clump of hair on the pillows made the room feel unclean. By the time we left, we felt uncomfortable enough that we chose not to shower there. Overall, this property did not live up to its reviews or its description as an "oasis." I won't be returning, the reviews seem to be bot generated reviews.

The reviews for this hotel are very misleading. The beds were as stiff as a board, there was a hair on my pillow, and the entire room had a strange smell that never went away. It didn't feel clean, and I honestly felt gross just being in the room. I understand that not every hotel is going to be modern or luxurious, especially at a lower price. However, cleanliness is the bare minimum and is something that can and should be maintained regardless of the cost. The reviews I read didn't mention any of these issues, and I think future guests should know what to expect. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

I booked my stay here based on past reviews only to be highly disappointed . The room was dirty hair in tub I saw 3 different bugs in my room one on my bed sheets it’s smelt like cigarettes then I went outside after dark and noticed there was some shady and illegal things going on in the room next to me as well as parking lot . I would not recommend this place staff is nice but rooms are gross and dirty

Great place to stay and staff is helpful and kind

I absolutely loved staying at the Tempe Oasis! I’ve stayed at a lot of different hotels, but this is hands-down the best for hospitality. I usually hate getting hit with hidden fees, so I was pleasantly surprised that there weren't any here. The staff are just amazing. The amenities were so plentiful—we had a washer and dryer, two beds, a couch with a pull-out, a table and chairs, and everything we needed right down to salt, pepper, utensils, and pots and pans. Having a Food City right next door was perfect, and with a full-size fridge, we had plenty of room to store our food for the whole trip. They were so helpful, too—they even let us stay in the pool an extra half hour and grabbed us some extra blankets for the kids' pull-out bed. When my son lost his glasses, the staff offered to contact me as soon as they found them so they could ship them back. I come to Phoenix once a year, and I will definitely be back next year. Thank you to everyone at Tempe Oasis for making our stay so wonderful!

Ellis is fantastic, very communicative and super helpful. He even helped me carry my groceries to my room. The rooms are always clean and housekeeping is every 2 days. Its also not the best area of scottsdale but its completely gated off and its real quiet and calm inside the gates. I definitely recommend!

I love Tempe Oasis! I’m a regular here and they always provide an amazing stay. Emily, one of the reps at Tempe Oasis, recently provided me such efficient and helpful service with an issue I had with a recent booking. She not only solved my issue, but also provided top tier customer support! Genuinely love this place and the people that work there.

Absolutely love this place and highly recommended the staff is so friendly they're always there to help they have free snacks in the lobby as well as in your room the kitchen has a stove refrigerator dishwasher washer and dryer really adorable set up like an apartment with a pool right outside your door

The staff here have been wonderful! They worked with me on helping with a reservation I had made through Booking.com, and were kind and gracious about several re-bookings as my plans kept changing. The rooms are great and spacious, and the location is convenient. Highly recommend!

Clean room and great price!

We had a 2 night reservation booked through a 3rd party. The day before we had to cancel due to illness. Unfortunately, our reservation was non-refundable. I called the Oasis directly to see if there was anything they could do. I spoke to Emily, who was just amazing. She contacted the manager and was able to rebook us for different dates. We love staying here. The rooms are huge, spotless and have a washer/dryer, and a whole kitchen. The grounds are pretty and the pool is wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This is our second stay and we will be back again.

This is my favorite property! The pool area and recreation area are perfect for relaxing and enjoying company. The front desk staff is so personable and caring. The location is perfect!
