Dumpy place trying to position itself better than reality. As is typical for most of Arizona. If you need even bottom-tier, 1st-world quality Internet, skip this place. Currently rolling around 65 Mbps, which is decidedly poor quality. They also have some network restrictions up, including for such things as YouTube comments. If you like air conditioned rooms, skip this place. Or, if you do stay here, make sure to check and clean your filter(s). How this place has a 4+ rating is mind boggling.

Pet me start off first with how friendly the staff is, the young lady at the front desk was super friendly. She asked about our day, our flight, and gave us suggestions on what to do around town. She even offered us complimentary drinks. The room was more like a small apartment, had a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a separate room with two twin beds. The place was super duper clean as well which is super important to me. They had a small gym and a pool. Pretty close to majority of the stuff we wanted to do as well. This place definitely surprised me and exceeded my expectations

We stayed at Tempe Oasis for 3 weeks with our family, which is definitely longer than a typical hotel stay, and that gave us plenty of time to really experience the place. The location is excellent, right on N. Scottsdale Road in Tempe, with easy access to ASU (Arizona State University) and other parts of the area. From the beginning, everything went smoothly, from booking through Booking.com to check-in and our stay. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable extended stay, including modern appliances and great air conditioning. The front desk and service staff were always friendly, responsive, and happy to help whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed was the convenience of the biometric locks to the room and coded gates around the property, and plenty of parking spots which made coming and going easy at any time of the day or night. The snacks and drinks available throughout the day were also such a thoughtful little touch, especially during a 3-week stay! The gym and swimming pool were well maintained, and the overall property had a comfortable, welcoming feel. After staying for three weeks with our family, I can honestly say that Tempe Oasis made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. It became our little home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Tempe!
