Hotel was very nice. Prices were a bit extreme but it was the 4th of July weekend. The main issue I have is the soap and shampoo provided by the hotel. We paid a great deal for our rooms and the hotel provided tiny little bottles of shower gel and shampoo that were barelybig enough for one person. We even had to ask for refills because the staff failed to place fresh bottles in the room when it was cleaned. Give me a break!!! This is ridiculous for a premium hotel. I think the cost of my room would cover a decent sized container of shower gell and shampoo. Just one man's opinion.

Stayed for 3 nights over the 250 Fourth of July weekend. The view from the VUE rooftop was incredible. The organization and communication to guests obtaining our wristbands was very unorganized and inconsistent. The charges for some food items was outrageous ($10 for a can on Diet Coke at breakfast!!). Two staff members were extremely outstanding in their service. Ermelita at the front desk for learning our name at check in and greeting us every time she saw us. Isabella was the hostess at the restaurant and handled the large crowd with grace and always had a smile on her face!!

The rooms are tiny, barely 200 sq.ft. We paid a lot of money for VIP seating for America's 250 and when we arrived there were people without VIP wristbands sitting in the section we paid for. The "manager", who sported a room temperature IQ, said there was nothing he could do. So they wouldn't ask non-paying customers to move from a section that paying customers paid for. Unreal. The food was gas station quality sushi, smelly seafood (not fresh), and some microwave finger foods. Definitely not worth the money. And to top it off the AC wasn't working. They had spot coolers trying to cool down a room that was 89F. We'll be getting charge-back credit from our credit card company. Don't be scammed or fooled by this place. It's been a huge disappointment. The only positive thing is it's located in a good area that is central to a lot of places.

Enjoyed the hotel lobby and the Fireclay restaurant food. Check-in staff were very friendly. However, the design of the bathroom in our hotel room was disappointing. The small sink was just big enough to put two hands in. The shower with frosted glass walls, was not separate from sleeping area. The sink area mirror had an inset magnifying circle right in middle so you could not dry your hair or look at yourself easily. The plug was around the back side of mirror and through a towel rack. Showering or hair dryer noise went throughout entire room because there is no wall separation. Basically this room was designed for a single person without kids or partner. King bed was super soft. Our neighbor snored us to sleep at night. Thin walls.
