September Monthly Online Support Meeting w/guest from Project Open Arms
אודות האירוע
@
As federal policies target transgender people, they are moving to safer states such as Washington in large numbers and looking for relocation resources to help them once they arrive.
Project Open Arms, a program of TRACTION (Trans Community Action), provides services designed to help trans people and queer people with relocation resources, résumé reviews, job hunts, connections to their new community, flights, furniture, and more.
Program Manager Aspen Coyle will join us to talk about the surging demand for emergency assistance and how Project Open Arms is meeting those demands. You’ll also learn how you can help.
The Project Open Arms presentation will be during the first hour of the meeting; the support portion will follow.
Please join us! All are welcome.
