Yonkers Gateway Motel
Visitors often praise the motel for being clean, private, and a good value for rest and relaxation, with some finding the rooms romantic. However, multiple guests report extremely poor customer service, including price discrepancies and rude staff, and one reviewer mentioned bedbugs and worn-out linens.

Worst costumer service I had received I called and they give me different price on the phone and they made me drive an hour away and when I got there they doubled their price and when I asked for a manager she wouldn’t call him and telling me he’s busy and when I told her y did u guys double the price she was like the guy who answered still new and he doesn’t know I don’t know what I have to do about that it’s not my fault if he’s new wasted gas and and ez-pass at least $100
It's beautiful and very private; the only drawback is the room design—it's like stepping into an Indian chamber. Otherwise, it's wonderful.
Very nice staff and good rooms
