Joshua Tree Gateway Communities Association

The Joshua Tree Gateway Communities Association (JTGCA) is the volunteer group that organizes Morongo Basin Pride, the LGBTQ+ celebration that ties together the gateway towns around Joshua Tree National Park — Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, Twentynine Palms and Pioneertown. Rather than a single downtown parade, Pride here is a dispersed run of events each June, anchored by the long-running Patio Pride Party in downtown Joshua Tree and a party at the Tiny Pony Tavern in Yucca Valley, plus community fundraisers through the year. For visitors, JTGCA is the best single source for what's happening across the basin during Pride season.
