Le Littoral des Almadies

The hotel is.. OK. I paid 30k francs thru booking.com, for this price it was acceptable. If i would be paid the full price of 50 or 60k francs plus, id be very dissapointed. The pool, is unusable. And the mosquito screens on the windows are broken. That combined with no mosquito net over the bed, made for one of the most annoying nights ive had on this trip. I woke up multiple times by mosquitos, i had dozens of bites the next morning. The breakfast was a cup of coffe and 2 plain croissants. Very underwhelming. They do have airconditioning and the staff is very friendly, you can also park your motorbike inside (private, safe parking) and it was extremely quiet inside. In my opinion not worth the full price but ok in a pinch. They should def get mosquito nets for the beda tho as that was unberable.

It is old, the pool water is dirty, the window locks are broken, and the bathroom is full of rusty nails. There is too much broken furniture, and the bed is not in very good condition either. I would absolutely not recommend it.

This place is very quiet and comfortable, the welcome is very warm, and the food is delicious. For me, this hotel is the best in the world.
