Excellent service. Good English. Only hotel in Lac 2 that’s an international chain. The local hotels are sus when it comes to maintenance and fit and finish; with subtle details like loose screws, light bulb color temperature cohesiveness, cabinet door alignment, wood stain, and caulk lines, the locals simply don’t care. Also the local hotels won’t speak English well.

Top hotel, with a very professional and friendly team, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, a very big thank you to the lovely Miss Tesnime who was attentive to every detail.

recently stayed at the Novotel Tunis Lac and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available each morning. The entire property is well maintained and creates a welcoming atmosphere for both business and leisure travellers. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by one member of staff in particular, Haifa. She went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay, helping to organise taxis, print important documentation, and support me with several other requests. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Haifa’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a real difference. She always greeted guests with a beautiful smile and a positive attitude that reflects extremely well on the hotel. Staff like her are a credit to Novotel and are often the reason guests choose to return. Thank you, Ms Haifa, for your generosity, patience, and exceptional customer service. It was greatly appreciated. I would happily recommend Novotel Tunis Lac and look forward to staying again on my return on the 19th
