Admiralty Inn

Do not stay! We paid and received our keys, walked into the room and the smell of mould outside the room was heavy but bearable. Upon entering the room the assault of cat urine smell was so strong I was surprised it wasn't detectable in Melbourne. Informed the front desk, no other rooms available. We're told we would receive a full refund by Monday. It has been over 3 weeks still no response to repeated phone calls, emails sadly this is my last resort. No apology and no refund just the run around from staff/management. DO NOT REPEAT OUR MISTAKE. I book close to 10 nights of accommodation every month as part of my job and have never encountered anything like this.

Affordable and clean

Had wonderful stay in this inn. clean & comfortable. The place was quiet and gives me peace of mind to do my work.

As some reviews say, not the most glamorous, but you pay a lot for glamour that has no value. Room was good, bed was great, and the people were delightful. It is like being at a family hotel in the country but in an urban space. Close to everything. Would choose here next time.

I stayed here two nights and found the place to be just wonderful and what I needed. I would stay here again. Thank you!
