Nightelier Mermaid Waters

Staff were all very friendly, the hotel offers complementary welcome drink, free water in the room and breakfast. But the room was terrible in terms of soundproofing, I thought I was sleeping with the person next door, the snoring was so loud, also whenever other people use the shower or wash their hands, there will be loud noises. The bed was ok nice but I could barely sleep (I usually sleep pretty easily).

Five star review for customer service. Constance on reception was super helpful, reasonable and got me a result that I was delighted with resulting in an error on my part to read some small print. Recommended as how a Hotel responds when things go wrong (even when its not their fault) is so important for guests. Thanks Constance

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel for the price! We only stayed one night but it looked fairly new, the rooms were big, had lots of amenities including a little playground at the restaurant! Had everything we needed for a comfortable one night stay, when we arrived and saw it, we wanted to stay longer! We didn't venture out so not sure what the location is like, but was great otherwise!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough for a lovely stay! From the moment we checked in the staff were lovely and so helpful to anything we needed. Room was very spacious, clean with a comfy bed and a large desk & TV too! We got dinner here on the first night and it was very tasty. Steak and the Katsu curry was great. We had breakfast every morning included in our stay. Good selection and the coffee was good. Pool area looked nice but the weather wasn’t great for our stay sadly! Location isn’t bad. 15 minutes walk to mermaid beach and 20 minutes walk to pacific fair shopping centre with good bus routes available outside the hotel too!

We had a disability room it was great we will come back and the Bistro was excellent and the breakfast was fantastic we thoughly enjoyed it we shall return.

Awesome stay as per usual. I love this spot. It’s like a home away from home. New menu out soon! Can’t wait. Chicken Tacos and Margaritas by the pool please. Stop it!! Ok…..1 more ;-)

Booked this for one night and the price was very reasonable and included breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our room and the breakfast was great. We also had dinner in the sports bar which was excellent with good menu.
