What an amazing venue and location. We had a significant birthday event at Essence with 60 people who travelled from all over the country for 4 days. The accommodation, the venue, the food, the service, the location, the village, the staff were all outstanding. The Essence Team went above and beyond to ensure the success of the event and I can't thank them enough. Everyone is still raving about it and want to do it again next year! Great work Team Essence, what an amazing and unique offering you have in a very special location. Would absolutely recommend this place for a stay or event.

We recently stayed at Essence for five days as part of a large family group attending a special function, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. This resort came highly recommended to us for its ability to accommodate both large and small groups, and it absolutely delivered on that promise. Everything was handled seamlessly, no matter the size or needs of our group. Our function hosted approximately 65 peoples, and it was perfectly managed. A special mention to the staff running the event, they did an outstanding job and ensured everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything else ran just as seamlessly, nothing was ever too much trouble, and their service was truly impeccable. The accommodation itself was absolutely beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It had everything we needed and more, and the grounds were maintained to the highest standard, spotlessly clean and incredibly well presented. The location was also fantastic, making it an ideal choice for both events and a relaxing stay. Overall, I would rate Essence a 10/10 for service, accommodation, and the entire experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and would gladly stay again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Rooms and outlook are fantastic & was perfect for a little getaway. Absolutely recommend and will be coming back whenever I need another reset and getaway.

Such a gorgeous property. The only thing you need to be aware of, is that as has been mentioned before, some of the rooms look over the Noosa National Park and some don't have a view, and these rooms look out at the shopping center behind. We did choose a room with a view, and it was gorgeous to watch the sunset as well as listen to the birds first thing in the morning and at sunset. We also made good use of the pool. The staff are all so genuinely friendly and helpful. Peregian Beach itself is just gorgeous and although we like Noosa, this town is about a 20-minute drive south and has so much more of a relaxed vibe about it. Great restaurants and cafes nearby and if you're feeling like a decent walk, you can head down the beach to Coolum beach, about 12ks there and back.

We stayed in the 5 Br house with pool which was perfect for our girls getaway. Very friendly staff. Not very far from Noosa with great eating options nearby. The Hotel bar looked great but unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to try it.

I put a lot of care into creating a beautiful event here, so this was really disappointing. We paid a venue hire fee for a private dinner space. The day before the event, we were strongly encouraged by the Food and Beverage Manager to move from the private venue to a public table at Pizzami because we were told the private option would not give us a good atmosphere or experience. We agreed based on that recommendation. What we were never told was that moving to a public table would apparently still mean losing the private venue hire fee. Had that been disclosed, I would have stayed in the private venue. Afterwards, I spent weeks trying to have that venue hire fee refunded. Instead of simply addressing why a private venue fee was being retained when a private venue was not provided, management kept relying on retrospective claims about “goodwill” and other supposedly waived costs that had never been communicated during the booking process. It felt like they were trying to justify the charge after the fact with unrelated things. When I pressed them to provide evidence of these supposed "costs" that had been covered as "good will", they refused. It seems deceptive and unprofessional to give services as "good will", not disclose that, then use that afterwards to justify holding fees for services not provided. It's not good will anymore if it's now being paid for by retaining money for undelivered services. To make matters worse, the gluten free food for 3 of our guests was stale, rock hard, and very poor quality. We paid a very high price per head, so having a stale, hard cake for dessert was very lacking. For me, this ended up not being about the $200 itself and more about the way it was handled. Very poor transparency, poor value, and incredibly disappointing management response. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Essence as a venue to anyone.

Family had a great stay, room was modern and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location and a short walk to the beach.

This was our third stay at the Essence. The location is fantastic for us as we enjoy not being in the busy Noosa hub. The staff here are amazing and getting to know us now. We will be back again in November for another 10 day stay. Can’t wait

We had a fantastic family stay at Essence Peregian Beach in House 10. A huge thank you to Imogen who went above and beyond to find our 4‑year‑old’s lost Teddy and express posted the toy back to us in Melbourne – our little boy was over the moon. Such kind, thoughtful service and a really lovely place to stay. Thank you so much
