Lovely staff, offered to serve while she was on break. Rooms were beautiful. 10/10 would come back here :))

Smooth checked in with Kayla, she was very nice and warm welcoming. Came for the breakfast daily, Adi was very professional and helpful. We enjoyed Happy hour from 4-6pm daily, the service was a bit slow to service. Food was great. Unfortunately half way shower, I found out there was no hair conditioner, need to call HSKP to delivery to room. Here are tips everything we need, we need to request like slippers, bathrobe, toothbrush. Last but not least, tried the pool, it’s outdoor but heated pool. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you everyone.

Poor recognition of Bonvoy members. Poor location, devoid of any restaurants or cafes near by.

Had a really nice staycation here. Thanks to Kayla at check-in, who was friendly, welcoming and upgraded us to a room on a high floor. The room was quiet, clean and had a great view. Loved the Korres toiletries in the bathroom. Our shower was a bit pokey but I think that was just the particular layout in that room. Nice rainshower and good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. We opted for breakfast at a discounted rate and really enjoyed it - good quality and I loved the separate gluten free section with dedicated gluten free toaster. This is common in some countries but the first time I've seen this in an Australian hotel. It would be nice to also have some gluten free pastries. Breakfast was also really calm and relaxing, a nice way to start a Sunday. Restaurant staff were also professional and cleared tables quickly. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would like to stay again.

Great place very close to the city very comfy rooms and a fabulous restaurant

We had a great stay for our wedding weekend at the AC hotel. Staff were super friendly and helped us prepare for the day by ensuring we had a high bar stool for the make up artist. We booked the suite and it was super spacious and had great lighting for the photos. Loved that it’s pet friendly so we could share our special day with our furbabies.

No parking. No microwave. No freezer. No stove. No kitchen bin. No plates/cutlery. No dishwasher. No washing machine/dryer or laundry service. Very limited room service that is only available after 5pm.

We stayed 6 nights in April. 1st there wasn't any upgrade, but we were moved to higher level with view of the city with Matt assistance. 1st room, layout a bit weird. You barely can open the luagage because there is not wide enough space for it ( we had hard cover luagages that open like a book). 2nd room, way better of layouts with city view. But, I found out on our 3rd night ( at 2nd room), there is spot of blood on the mattress top , requested to be changed and they didn't do it after end of the night when we got back for our day of exploring. They did sent someone to change it right away. And we didn't request of housekeeping the rest of our stay because even though we hang our towels , they replaced it and they took even brand new towels. And replaced it for only 2 when it's 4 of us. 2 adults 2 kids. Breakfast selections is fine. You can order omelette but didn't promoted. Collen is very nice. She made me coffee from the bar since one of their coffee machine is broken and there is a long line. Location is not far from closest bus stop or light train. It was windy or rainy with a bit chilly, pool is small and dark , we didn't use it. The water is not that hot even it stated heated and a bit dirty.

We had a wonderful stay at AC Marriott Hotel with our young toddler. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, which made traveling with a little one so much easier. The room itself had a beautiful city view, which we really enjoyed. The hotel’s location was also a big plus, with easy access to public transport and plenty of nearby amenities, making it convenient to get around and explore without hassle. Overall, it was a comfortable, family-friendly stay, and we’d happily return.

The restaurant supervisor sunil was very welcoming and was taking good care of us and the customer. I really enjoyed enjoy my stay here and I recommend.
