We arrived to watch a football game after making a reservation in advance. The host at the entrance informed us that there was no room and that it was our problem. Horrible service. We will never return.

We made a reservation for 10 p.m., at 10:05 p.m. we were at the entrance and were told that our table had been canceled without any desire to help or check with us if we were coming.

I was delayed at the entrance, the service was not pleasant at all, not polite and not pleasant. At the end of receiving the service we received an advance charge for a tip (not written on the menu) and when I said that I did not enjoy the service and I did not want to pay the tip, they made a face at me and said that they would not let me in there anymore.. okay

It was a terrible experience. From the first moment we showed our IDs and they wouldn't let us in and we had to verify our age even though we were clearly over 18. Terrible service. They automatically charged us for a 10 percent tip even though we didn't enjoy the service and when we told them we didn't want to pay a tip they said they wouldn't let us in next time. Not recommended and it's a shame that there is such behavior.
