Amazing location ,hosting in amazing building for conservation Highly recommend staying while visiting tel aviv.

Great experience

A beautiful hotel outside with a courtyard and low-rise houses of the past.. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lovely balcony with a stunning view. Clean and tidy. The service is courteous and an effort is made to pamper and give personal attention. The food in the restaurant is excellent and pampering with consideration for sensitivities such as gluten and soy milk. The restaurant is kosher. The location is excellent above the railway park. We reached everywhere on foot. Highly recommended!

I came to the hotel specifically to find some peace and quiet during my maternity leave – a time when every hour of sleep is critical. Unfortunately, I discovered that it was a hotel with zero soundproofing. The noise from the hallways and outside simply wouldn’t stop, until I had no choice but to pack everything up and move rooms in the middle of the night. Instead of resting, I found myself on a ‘beret journey’ between rooms at 3 am. But what really broke me was the attitude afterwards. At check-out, they admitted to the mistake and promised me compensation for the emotional distress, but since then – silence. I left countless messages, they passed my number from employee to employee, promised over and over again that they would get back to me, and simply ignored me. Apparently, this hotel knows how to take money, but doesn’t know how to take responsibility for mistakes. If you are counting on uninterrupted sleep or reliable customer service – save yourself and look for another place.

We arrived at the hotel with one goal: to rest and get some sleep during our maternity leave. Unfortunately, the experience was completely the opposite. The room was not soundproofed to a basic level, and all night we heard noises that made it impossible for us to sleep, until we had to move rooms in the middle of the night – a tiring and unsettling experience in itself. Upon departure, we were promised that we would receive compensation for our mental anguish, but since then we have encountered a wall of silence. Despite countless phone calls we made, and despite leaving our details over and over again for the hotel management – ​​no one bothered to get back to us. From a new hotel of this level, I expected not only basic insulation in the rooms, but mainly reliable customer service that keeps its word

We didn't like the first room we got, we asked the reception to change rooms and they changed us without any problem and also added a bottle of wine and a late check-out the next day as compensation. The new room was really cute. Breakfast was relatively poor compared to what you usually get in hotels, but we left satisfied. The location is excellent. Overall we left satisfied.

A family gathering of 2 generations, we left the children/grandchildren at home, the rooms were fine, only the bathroom had a smell from the shower, apparently, the breakfast had a large selection, although the place is not large, they put tables together so that we could all sit together, 10 people, the quiet and proximity to the Railway Park and the first neighborhoods of Tel Aviv are the advantages of the place, it is recommended to take tickets to the Nachum Gutman Museum, which is 2 minutes away, and visit there.

We did not get the room we booked, the ceiling was so low that it was impossible to stand in the room. We spoke to the hotel and they tried to convince us that it was the room we booked, completely indifferent. The TV did not work and there was no mirror in the room. Lack of privacy in the bathroom and shower, the door did not close properly. Lots of noise at night from outside. . Basically, the manager of the place was rude and made me feel like I was not credible for complaining about basic things. Ordinary breakfast, eggs a little green and bread. I will not return to this hotel again

Shocking service experience They downgraded the room we booked at reception without telling us and we only found out when we arrived at the room, and when we asked to move to the room we booked, they refused, claiming that we had made an overbooking mistake, without any agreement to return the difference or provide any compensation The manager Ofer is a very unpleasant person to say the least, he screamed at me because I asked to be in the room I booked or at least in a room of the same level In short - do not recommend at all

New hotel in a great location, beautiful and pleasantly decorated room, a pleasure to take a walk in the railway park and there are lots of coffee and restaurant options. You also get admission to the exhibitions at the Nachum Gutman Museum and it was stunning and very enjoyable. I feel like there are more fine details to upgrade, like a towel rack in the shower and maybe something in the empty refrigerator. Regardless, it was a really fun experience.

Excellent service, a sweet place in a great location, a very generous and indulgent breakfast! The only comment I have is about the acoustics. We heard every noise outside and in the bathroom we heard every conversation that took place in the room next door.
