Rainbow Soup

Rainbow Soup (レインボーソープ) is one of Fukuoka's leading LGBTQ+ nonprofit organisations. The NPO focuses on awareness-raising, SOGIE education and workplace seminars, and runs counselling and consultation services for LGBTQ+ individuals across the Kyushu region. It has partnered with Fukuoka City on a sexual-minority exchange programme and co-produced prefectural guidebooks, and helped launch a free LGBT legal phone consultation with the Fukuoka Bar Association. For visitors, Rainbow Soup is a useful point of contact for understanding the local community and its support networks.
