Indulged in the $199 winter special which was a hot stone massage and included the Manuka honey facial! Possibly one of the best spa experiences I’ve had. My therapist for the day was the lovely Rose who was phenomenal and applied a fair amount of pressure to my back neck and shoulder area just how I prefer..Definitely recommend and I’ll be back on the next trip for sure
I had a facial and did the new scalp nourishment ritual! Both incredible and very relaxing!
I booked a couples massage and unfortunately it was the most uncomfortable spa experiences I've had. The therapist's hands were constantly cold, and she repeatedly applied pressure to a sensitive pelvic/hip bone area very close to my private area despite me telling her it was painful. When I asked her to stop, her response felt dismissive and unprofessional. I eventually asked her to stop the massage altogether. Afterwards, I was left feeling upset and uncomfortable. The manager insisted on taking our details and said the owner would contact us about the complaint, but we never heard back. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. What was meant to be a special treat ended up being a genuinely traumatic and upsetting experience.
I'm delighted with the massage I just received: a very professional experience, starting with a health questionnaire, very clean facilities, and Suri managed to completely eliminate the tension in my back. I highly recommend this place!
Such an incredible treatment from Neve! I popped in during my lunch break for a 60-minute session and left feeling completely refreshed. The facial had my skin deeply hydrated and glowing, and the back massage was exactly what I needed. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, and Neve was amazing at pinpointing and releasing it. Thank you so much! ❤️
What a truly incredible experience. It was everything we hoped it would be. Everyone was so professional and accommodating and gave us a wonderful relaxing experience. So much thought and care went into making our morning special. We can’t wait to come back
