Beef noodles are delicious

The environment was bright and clean, with tables spaced quite close together. We only discovered there was a second floor after we finished eating, so there seemed to be plenty of seating. We grabbed our menus, found seats, ate, and then paid. 💰 Side dishes were self-service from the refrigerator, and there were also drinks available – unsweetened green tea and iced water. I suggest attaching a small card or writing down what the drink is next to it, as at least three people asked what it was. 🍵 The staff were friendly, but one woman in the preparation area took her mask off halfway and rubbed her nose. I understand they chat when no one is around, but one man wasn't wearing a mask and was also in the preparation area, which was a bit off-putting. - $270 Half-Tendon, Half-Meat Beef Noodles 🐂 The price wasn't cheap. The bowl seemed a bit small when it arrived, but I was very full afterward! The meat consisted of a large piece of beef and a large piece of tendon. Although there were only two pieces, they were both quite large, so the portion didn't feel empty. The broth was smooth and delicious, not too salty, and the slight sourness of the tomatoes added layers of flavor. It was great with the radish and bok choy, although a few pieces of radish were a bit scratchy. My absolute favorites were the pickled cabbage and chili peppers 🌶️. After finishing the original broth, I added a small dish to my bowl and then filled two more dishes to eat with the meat and noodles. The aroma, sourness, and spiciness elevated this bowl of beef noodles to a whole new level 🔝 - $50 Sweet Potato Leaves ✌🏻 Clean and served with soy sauce and fried shallots. Some leaves were a bit old; next time I'll try the small cucumber side dish 🥒 Overall, it was very good 👍🏼 I'll definitely come back!!

The beef noodle (half flank, half tendon) was delicious! Broth was flavourful and clean tasting. You grab your own side dishes (we tried the marinated quail eggs and the picked jellyfish/cucumber), and they were both tasty! Nothing was greasy. The meat was so tender and delicious. Everything was just perfect. Sit on the 2nd level, by the glass wall, and you can watch the chef at work in the kitchen.

Fast service! The beef noodles are a bit pricey, but the beef is thick and in large chunks. The beef broth is really delicious. The dumplings are also very tasty.

The beef chunks were large and tender, and the broth was delicious. The noodles were so springy that they were a little difficult to handle with stainless steel chopsticks. We visited in the afternoon, so the two of us enjoyed a less crowded space and quite cool air conditioning. The quail eggs and seaweed were well-braised. The cucumbers were acceptable. The staff, whether native Vietnamese or Vietnamese, were all very efficient. It's a short walk from the MRT station, and not far from the Poly Plaza.

The broth was clear and refreshing, the beef tendon was excellent, the beef chunks were large and tender, and the thick noodles were just what I like. The dumplings were also good. 👍
