The security guard at the exit gate is terrible and has a very rude attitude. Please improve his/her service.

My first visit was in 2022 and I gave it five stars. My second visit was in 2023 and I gave it four stars. After that, I didn't want to repeat the experience. But now, in 2026, I'm giving it two stars. The reason I'm going back is because I wanted to visit the MBK shopping mall. The hotel's only distinguishing feature is the mall and the 24-hour 7-star entertainment. Room service isn't 24 hours; it closes at a specific time I don't remember. Honestly, the service this time was very unpleasant, to the point that I regretted choosing the hotel. We arrived at 2:00 AM, and I had written in the booking notes that I wanted to check in as early as possible. When we arrived, the receptionist said we had to pay for a full night's stay. I tried to get him to register us as early arrivals since we were frequent guests, or to deduct half a night's rate, but he refused and called the supervisor. This was the worst treatment I've ever received from the supervisor, whose name was Ken. He spoke to us in a harsh and condescending manner, saying it was the hotel's policy. I tried to talk to him about paying, telling him I'm a regular customer and have visited multiple times, but he responded with complete disdain, asking if I wanted to pay or not. I'm not objecting to the hotel's policy, and I paid because I anticipated this possibility. However, I'm upset by the employee's attitude. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for both regular and new customers. I will definitely not be visiting this hotel again. There are so many other options available in Bangkok. It's clear that the level of service and customer satisfaction has declined, based on my experience of over a year. Good treatment is what makes a visitor happy and creates a positive first impression.

Nice Hotel,great location,Food & Services were good.Our room was clean and spacious,would of given 5 stars for the room,just a few noisy pipes need to be sorted.I would still stay there again.

Excellent service and location

We love this hotel. Very comfortable and accommodating. A special mention to Louis at the check in counter he was fantastic helping my husband and I throughout our stay!

Nice hotel , quite large with lots of extra amenities. View from the hotel was lovely and it had a great location for shopping and also tourist areas.
