Novotel Phuket Vintage Park

My experience with them was far from ideal. They were unprofessional in their interactions and unhelpful. Although the hotel itself is very large, the staff is understaffed, and I was not pleased with the service. Unfortunately, I will not be repeating this experience.

This food you are getting for those who say the breakfast is really good .The hash brown is so oily. I am not saying that all of the hotel is bad but a few changes will make the hotel better like the swimming pool is good the balcony is really good. Some specific things like masala dosa and sambhar is really good. The hospitality of this hotel is worst. We have to call the reception twice to just clean our room and for water and bath towels. They say there housekeeping is just till 2 pm we saw like 2 ladies working till 8pm and when we say them to clean the room in the morning the lady said that first I am cleaning the check out room first. And there is so much crowd in the breakfast.

I liked everything about the place: the staff, the location, the cleanliness, and the swimming pool. If there was one downside, it was that the water didn't drain well on the shower floor, so it became a flood while I was showering. I mentioned it to the staff when checking out, so I think it should be fine now.

At check in , no idea and knowledge about Accor online check in what i did. I got the necessary info.about the hotel and got a room upgrade to a higher floor with a view to the pool. Room a bit dark, with one chair on the small balcony. All necessary (Nespresso Coffee machine, fridge etc, tv, ) available in the room. Confortable bed which is important for me. Bathroom was big enough with a rainshower , bathtub, WC and the most important hygiene articles available. Room was very clean Very big pool at the time of my visit, enough sunbeds available. Pool service available. Breakfast buffet was very delicious with local, asian, Indian and international dishes. Some daily changes, but after 3 weeks you can eat anything more times. At breakfast the behaviour of some south Asian guests wasn’t enjoyable and sometimes they disturb ( taking stuffs from my table with out asking) ,part times very noisy. Staff wasn’t able to acting what in my eyese is a big minus. Only once they see an incident and they wanted change me to an other place. I liked the bar for a good coffee or a beer. It wasn’t crowded that time. The whole staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful what is important. Location of the hotel is on a main road with out noise in most of the rooms. To beach less then 10 minutes walk, to Jungceylon and Bangla walking street around 15 minutes by walk. I can recommend the hotel for guests who don’t have a problem with the comportment and culture from South Asians he majority of the guests.

The hotel is well located, the staff is friendly and polite, ready to help with any questions, and they keep the place clean and tidy. The rooms are in good condition, everything works, and there's a hairdryer and ironing board, which is a huge plus for me. The breakfasts are also satisfying, with both European and Asian dishes.

Excellent stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort. Amazing location with everything nearby — 7-Eleven, Bangla Street, shopping, malls, restaurants, etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was really good too. Perfect place to stay in Patong!

We have to repeatedly call for water and room service

The best breakfasts I've ever had in my travels! The staff is friendly and always ready to help! The hotel is in a great location, close to everything, yet quiet inside! The pool is great! I couldn't find anything to complain about even if I wanted to!
