La Green Hotel and Residence

Without exaggeration or flattery, this hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in. Their service, people, management, and staff are all excellent. By the way, this comment is especially for Emiratis and Gulf nationals. Honestly, this hotel is something else! The reception staff and every single employee, even those at the bar, were incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate them. They made everything easy for us, especially the cleanliness. Every day it's cleaned and the linens are changed, and the bathrooms are cleaned regularly. This is all thanks to the person handling WhatsApp, the management, and the reception staff. They're so efficient, you just give them a WhatsApp message and they'll do it! It's truly amazing. Thank you! 🩷❤️

10/10 resort. Highly suggest staying here for your stay in Phuket. The hotel facilities are amazing, clean and modern. The room was very spacious, and had all amenities you need. The staff are amazing and so friendly, always ensuring we had clean towels, water, laundry cleaned ect. The hotel pool is the highlight. Massive pool, with so many lounges to choose from all around the pool. They also had a swim up bar and food/drink service to order by the pool. The gym was modern and includes all equipment and attachments you need. The hotel had many restaurants and bars with amazing food, with it also being able to order room service for any of these places. The spa/massage salon was also top tier with the best massages in Phuket. We were also able to get a 15min massage by the pool. Also a short walk to 7/11 (3-5min), that includes everything you may need from food, drinks & beauty products. The buffet breakfast was so amazing having everything you need. They also have a app that has everything on it including deals for the day, information about emenities as well as being able to book everything such as the day spa and room service. Also a MASSIVE thankyou to Toey Ang who went above and beyond for my birthday organising flowers, a birthday cake with the staff who all came and sung happy birthday, as well as making the bed with beautful rose petals and set the towels like a birthday cake. The effort and care is so appreciated, you guys truley went above and beyond and made my birthday so special. We had the best time, and we will be coming back !

On June 20th, we checked into the LaGreen Hotel. Check-in was at 3:00 PM. But the staff, Mo and Nada, said we had an even better room and could check us in immediately, without waiting until 3:00 PM. We asked how much it would cost and were told it was free. They're always smiling and welcoming, and thanks to Mo and Nada, we had a good impression of the hotel.
