The WiFi in the room and in the hotel in general is far below expectations and the flexibility when having a simple question is un existent! Also the standaard rooms are very small and my room wasn’t clean! You can catch much better for 30 $ more

The breakfast menu is plentiful and delicious. The unobstructed view from the 12th floor is also great!

I recommend it, it's close to the center, and it's colorful and varied. The breakfasts are "rich" ;) Clean, tidy, and exceptionally polite.

2026/06/11-06/14 3-night stay Choose one king-size bed (room size 28 square meters) Welcome refreshments upon check-in (drinks had a strong ginger flavor but were okay) Staff were available to assist with entering and leaving the lobby and with luggage 👍🏻 Breakfast 06:00-10:00, many egg options and pho, quite varied and good 👍🏻 The swimming pool and gym are on the first floor, available from 07:00-21:00, I think. The room and bathroom were very large, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable 👍🏻 I really wanted to take one home! The bathtub had a massage function, but some waste would come out… Overall, I thought it was great 👍🏻 Highly recommended! There is currently no airport shuttle service!

Today I came here for work and drove down to the basement parking lot. I asked the security guard to help me park my car because I'm seven months pregnant. Not only did the security guard refuse to help, but he also acted rudely, telling me to park it myself even though I said, "Excuse me, sir, I'm pregnant." The security guard still let me park it myself. Is this how security guards at a large hotel treat pregnant women?

Location is good (heart of city. Things are nearby), everything is nearby. Food is amazing at their restaurant. Room is good but it had broken shower door, They did change the room but gave us honeymoon suite which wasn't suitable with kid. Overall is good, Nice staff and helpful.
