Please do not come to this place, it’s ripped off, the massage service is a joke, no work, and they expect a high tip. Customer service is subpar, requires better management, and should learn from and educate itself on best practices from other countries to achieve improved management in the future.

The fee is quite expensive. I went there on Sunday night. I would like to have sauna and massage also, the reception who can speak English charge me 600k. Tell me go to shower and sauna first, then massage. The most weird thing is no boy can do massage though the guy who seems leaving while I arrived. And the towels smell really bad. What are you gonna supposed to compensate me?

I bought a package that included both massage and sauna for 200k, but there was no one around, so I walked around for a bit before asking for a massage. When it was almost finished, the staff said a 300k tip was mandatory, but they said even if I didn't relax, I still had to tip. I said, "Okay, fine, just do whatever you want and get it over with, then I'll go home." Now I know why this place is so empty on Sunday afternoons!

Atrocious. Run down and empty. Avoid at all costs.
