Seagull Nest Hoi An

The location is quiet, suitable for guests who want to relax before heading to Hoi An town. It's about 5-6km from the homestay to Hoi An Old Town. The beach and coconut groves are nearby… The homestay manager is lovely, breakfast is good… The homestay has two very friendly dogs.

I booked through the platform and paid in advance. Upon arrival, the establishment stated they could not guarantee the room as booked. They directed us to another option and blamed the platform. The establishment also refused to help us contact the platform. This was unprofessional and a deliberate refusal to assist the customer.

The swimming pool has too much chlorine....

I spent 10 days here and it was lovely. Comfortable rooms, great aircon fantastically friendly hotel manager Anna and her team were very attentive, good breakfast in the morning then a dip in the pool. Good quiet location but only 5 minutes walk to the beach, and a couple of great local family run restaurants 2 minutes away with some little hidden shops dotted about..only 35k in a grab to An Bang beach and 100k to Hoi an. Great value for money, will be back when im in the area again.

Absolutely love this place. After 3 weeks travelling around with a bad back, I’ve finally found a hotel with the most comfortable bed!! This is a god send. Good sleep it’s most important when travelling. At the cost of a night board you could afford to live here!! On top of that I discovered a back specialist up the road offering treatments for under £10, you get acupuncture , heat and massage for the price. It’s amazing!! If my back goes again, I’m leaving the uk to move into the seagulls nest. It’s near a quiet little nomad beach and close to Hoi A town. It costs about £2.50 in a grab taxi to town.

Great stay near hoi an beach. The rooms are just what you need, spacious, with AC and daily cleaning. The place itself has a nice swimming pool and a lot of other services you can require, scooter, massage,.... Anna was very welcoming and helping. They have great breakfast included!

Great accommodation with a very nice owner. We stayed a couple of nights and had a calm and relaxing time. Good restaurant and the beach near by. Would come back to stay again.

The room is new and clean, the host is friendly, there's a kitchen for guests to use, and it's conveniently located near the beach.

We had a super nice few days here! A little further away from the busy city and close to the beach. Tasty breakfast (bum-mi with egg / pancakes / yogurt with fruit). We had a room for 2 people next to the pool, which meant it could be a bit loud at times, but that didn't detract from our pleasant stay. The staff here help you with any question in a very sweet way. The cleaning lady also wants to give you the cleanest room possible, which is very sweet, but she did knock on our door several times while we were sleeping, which wasn't very nice. This might be our only point for improvement. Afterwards, she cleaned our room before we returned from our day trip, which made for a nice homecoming. So everyone here is very caring, but professional. ❤️🙏 The pool is quite on the warmer side due to the sun. So if you really want to cool off, you're better off going to the sea or taking a shower ❤️. We definitely recommend the place :). Chill vibes. But it's best to rent a scooter here for 150 dong a day, because it makes covering distances everywhere much more convenient!!

Quiet area facing the river and close walking distance to the beach. Lovely staff, clean and spacious rooms. We loved it here!
