Classic Hotel Tirana

Beautiful hotel, located in a convenient strategic place, close to the center and all the various services... the rooms are clean and relaxing... it is a quiet and beautiful hotel... welcoming, kind staff, attentive to the needs of customers, also speaking Italian... the cuisine is also delicious... I recommend everyone to stay here

Excellent service. I've been going there for years and recommend it to others, they've never disappointed me. Goca at the reception and the entire staff everywhere, anytime, are exceptional. Keep it up. Love from Prishtina.

For this price, a good hotel, neat room with air conditioning, standard breakfast and a nice little terrace, bus stop right outside but you can also walk to the center, about 15 minutes. I want to single out one person, and that is Viola; when she was working, everything at breakfast was refilled, the entire terrace was tidy, and she served everyone their drinks very quickly. All in all, a reasonably good hotel, certainly for this price and location.

Rooms are fine if you’re staying for a night or two. Nice location and good restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly enough, but cleaners were so loud first thing in the morning. Breakfast was average but definitely does the trick!!

We booked and paid for 2 standard double rooms at the Classic Hotel months in advance. We chose this hotel because its central location and buffet breakfast were ideal for our elderly family members traveling with us who cannot walk much. Upon our arrival, the hotel informed us that the rooms we had paid for were not available and that they only had 2 single rooms. We argued for a while, but since we had no other option, they forced us to move to the Queen Hotel, which is extremely far from the center. The change turned out to be disastrous. The hotel is located next to a multi-lane main road, very noisy at night, it was difficult to sleep. There is no restaurant in the area. Due to the distance, we were forced to constantly take taxis because of our elderly relatives, which was a significant, unplanned additional cost. Due to the remote location, we had to rearrange our entire program in Tirana and our already booked airport transfer. Instead of the promised abundant buffet, we got a minimal breakfast menu, which did not even include fruit. When we asked for something extra to go with the incomplete breakfast, the Queen Hotel staff reacted unfriendly. Due to the careless behavior of the Classic Hotel, the atmosphere of our family trip was ruined on the first day. I do not recommend this place at all to travelers with elderly people or those looking for reliability, because a paid reservation here is no guarantee of anything.

A nightmare. I recommend avoiding this place. The staff doesn't care about hotel guests; they're constantly busy on their phones. The room we booked turned out to be unavailable. Instead, we were given a room overlooking garbage dumps and some garages that blocked any sunlight. Instead of a double bed, we had two single beds, and the room was as dark as a basement. The only positive was that the room was clean and towels were changed daily, but the room itself left much to be desired. Peeling paint, cracks in the walls... if this is the standard of a four-star hotel, it's a disgrace. We stayed for a week, and from our observations, the breakfast and breakfast service were also a disaster. The buffet isn't constantly replenished. Shortly after breakfast, everything runs out, and unfortunately, for a long time, there's no hope of refilling anything. They just take away the plates and the buffet remains empty. The waiters don't even notice, nor do they clear the tables on time. It's clear that the hotel staff works here as if they're being punished.
