The best guesthouse in Innsbruck.

Very friendly staff, very good location, clean room.

Conveniently located, but with only three parking spaces available, you'll have to be lucky to find one. Despite being centrally located, the room was very quiet. I'll definitely be back.

I was a group of 12. The rooms are on three floors, but unfortunately there's no elevator, making it difficult to climb with luggage (the one shown in the photos is private). Guests with walking difficulties should mention this when booking (rooms 5, 6, 7, and 8 are on the ground floor). There are single rooms for 3 and 4 people. There are also units with a hallway, each with a private bathroom, on the second floor (25, 26 for 2 people, 24 for 4 people). Reception is on the first floor. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, and speaks English. There's a coffee and tea vending machine (€2) and a drinks dispenser. You can request a kettle if needed. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious. Towels and toiletries are provided. There are no dishes, coffee or tea making facilities, a hairdryer, or a refrigerator. PLEASE NOTE: The hotel only has two parking spaces. Please specify this when booking. We were provided with an additional parking space, behind the gate, in the hotel's service area (for motorcycles). A huge plus is that the hotel is only a 5-7-minute walk from Innsbruck's Old Town. The hotel offers affordable prices for this location. There are electric car charging stations nearby. Parking is not available; only paid underground parking is available near the Old Town.

The room was spacious, the location was convenient, the reception was friendly, and most importantly, it had the perfect dream-like atmosphere.
