Palazzo Rilati nella Città Vecchia

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel in the Attic Room which was very spacious for the 4 of us. There were two separate bedrooms and a kitchen with a table and couches. Everything was clean and the bathroom was really nice and modern. The location is perfect right next to the Jesuit stairs. Anytime we needed anything such as towels or pillows we messaged the owners and they responded back fairly quickly. Service was amazing as we foolishly left something in the hotel which ended up in the garbage and the hotel was kind enough to offer to ship the items to our next hotel! Such kind people definitely recommend this hotel.

Check in was so easy, Ana who had helped us so much with a taxi from the airport and a early check in (we was at a wedding that day) Room was a great size and spotless. Had a little kitchen area with cups and plates the kettle etc. Bathroom was also a good size with a lovely walk in shower. Bed was quite possibly the most comfortable I've slept on, it was spot on. Does come with two separate covers which was handy if you fidget like me in the night. Absolutely perfect location for the old town. Stones throw for bars and restaurants honestly spolt for choice. Air con worked a treat during the night to help sleep. I found the room very quiet during the night... This is a perfect place to stay for exploring old town etc. Top tip if you want normal tea take a few bags with you or there is a mini market in the square two minutes walk away. There is coffee and fruit teas in the room.

Location is good that is in old town and near everything. Room is comfortable. However, for check-in process, they just left room key on the table and we need to pay CASH for the room. No any note how to pay then we need to contact them via WhatsApp and appoint them for pay cash at hotel. They just tell the time that they available and it’s so annoying because we go out for travel but we need to back to hotel for payment 🙄🙄🙄

Once I was able to find it...asking everyone for HELP along the way...It was a Good Location. Although, it was a bit noisy. They were nowhere to be found when I checked in, but they came over in the evening when I was in Bed to collect! They ONLY ACCEPTED CASH! I told them that that would leave me with little to no cash. They simply did NOT care! Shame on them. This is not good Business...not worth it!

The place is in an excellent and convenient location, Rooms are very nice. The hotel is next to Jesuit stairs, I got up at 6 am to take pictures and best of all I went back to sleep. Although at around 8 am you can hear noise, I noticed that at night since there are bars and restaurants nearby it is a bit noisy too.

We had a really great stay here, this is an underpriced hidden gem. Location is great right in the centre of the old town and no more than ten minute walk to any attraction. Service was great with staff actually letting us check in early (not guaranteed but they let us as the room way available) and good cleaning and check out. Very good air conditioning too, and a mini fridge in the room for your things. Great bathroom with hot shower. Everything we were looking for in a hotel.

We had booked a room at this hotel several weeks in advance. Upon arriving at 7 pm, we learned that our reservation had been revoked because the hotel was overbooking. Without any apology or assistance from the establishment, we had to find another room, which was, of course, exorbitantly expensive. Their attitude was purely mercenary and thuggish. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Excellent location, instructions to check in were very clear and they leave you some amenities as well. Not so good: lots of noise, the fridge and other things I couldn’t identify.

Ideally located on a quiet little street. It feels like a small, very well-equipped apartment!

The property is in a great location, right next to the "walk of shame" steps. The hotel is clean and well maintained. They were nice enough to let us check in early and to store our bags in the lobby after check out, so we could have lunch before our flight.

The location is good. The hot water works well. The room is small, and there are stairs to go up. They only accept cash if you arrive without paying in advance.
