Hotel Pytloun Wellness Travel

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a very pleasant lady, Lucie, who let us finish watching hockey when it was already past its prime. The rooms could use some work on cleanliness and cobwebs, but the cobwebs are very fast. As for the service at breakfast, I must again give a lot of praise and the manager shows that he cares about his clients. He communicated with each of us, asked about mistakes and whether we were missing anything, etc. Since we really liked your place, we promise that this is not the last time we will be here. We wish many more satisfied customers like we were. And the breakfast was luxurious, so there was no problem asking for anything.

Today I visited the Wellness at Pytloun Travel Hotel and I must say that I am extremely satisfied. I left feeling completely relaxed and full of energy. The whole environment is clean, pleasant and beautifully decorated, but what took the whole experience to the next level was the attitude of the staff. Their professionalism is hard to find these days. I would especially like to highlight Miss Anna at the reception, who was extremely helpful, smiling and immediately put me in a great mood upon arrival. If you are looking for a place to relax and where you will be taken care of with maximum care, I definitely recommend this wellness. I will definitely not be here for the last time!

Unfortunately, my husband booked this hotel as a birthday treat for me. Sadly, it was a complete disaster. We've traveled quite a bit, but this was unacceptable. The double room is more like a broom closet under the roof. The bed, by the way, has a board instead of a slatted base and a creaky mattress, and it's positioned directly under the sloping roof; you can't even sit upright in bed. There's no wardrobe, just an open metal unit with baskets. Truly unacceptable. The light fixture hangs from the ceiling in front of the TV—really well thought out...not... The bathroom is small. The sink has several large cracks and is simply dim. I would have chosen an even lower wattage light bulb so you could see even less in the mirror. Absolutely unsuitable for applying makeup. The walls are drywall, so they're incredibly noisy. I'm beyond disappointed; I've never experienced anything like this. The owners urgently need to update the photos on their website... You can't seriously offer someone a "room" like this. I'm so disappointed on my birthday... I don't know who's leaving reviews saying "good location." There's absolutely nothing around here, certainly nothing within walking distance. Not a single restaurant or shop. If it were up to me, I would have left immediately... never again... I feel like I'm in a cheap youth hostel...

The rooms were clean, and the service was friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are worn and don't reflect the photos here. The beds are worn out and creak, and the whole building is noisy, which is really annoying if you don't want to hear your neighbors' bathrooms. The surrounding area isn't very inviting, and the spa facilities cost €60 "for private use" if you don't want to use the pool for breakfast. The hotel manager insisted on saying goodbye personally and emphasizing the importance of a good review... Sorry, mate. All in all, it was a rather restless night that I don't need to repeat.

Regarding our stay, especially upon departure, a big surprise with Mr. Petr Grygar. He came to say goodbye in person and made us very happy. There are really few such personalities today. Once again, we would like to thank the entire staff.

We stayed here from 19-21.5.26 and were very satisfied, especially with the staff. We were welcomed by Miss Lucie, who was very attentive to us. We were extremely satisfied with the breakfasts and also with the girls. Thank you very much again for making our stay a wonderful experience. We will be happy to come again and will gladly recommend it to our friends.

The heating system had no thermostat, so it ran at 100%; the bathroom fan was broken; the beds were clean; the plaster was peeling off the bathroom wall; the bathroom radiator was rusted.

The room was very small, the garbage didn't drain, the bed creaked that it must be heard from Jested 🤣 otherwise it was beautifully clean and smelled nice. They have excellent breakfasts 👍👍👍
