A bar for leather and fetish enthusiasts. The place is beautiful. Bartenders are relaxed and friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and completely uninhibited. One of the best spots for gay nightlife in Berlin. Be sure to check the themes, as some nights they are strict about the dress code.

This was my first time visiting New Action, and honestly, I was a bit nervous because of some of the negative reviews I had read. But I was completely surprised—in the best way! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. My friend and I went in together, both dressed in leather, and we immediately felt that we were in the right place—a space that truly celebrates our style and vibe. The first person I paid and explained that I don’t speak German and it was our first time—he was so friendly, laughing and making us feel totally comfortable. It instantly made us feel at home. The stunning and charming guy who takes your clothes and belongings was also incredibly polite and attractive—his energy really stood out. The bartenders were also friendly and respectful. The venue itself is nice and has a great atmosphere. I absolutely recommend it, especially for fans of leather and fetish scenes. Of course, no place is perfect—so here’s my humble suggestion for improvement: More attention to the darkroom in terms of lighting and experience. Consider adding a glory hole. It would be amazing to create a darker, more mysterious ambiance that enhances the leather/latex/fetish fantasy even more. Wishing the owners all the best and continued success. I love you, Berlin—and I adore this unique queer energy that can’t be found anywhere else in the world. 🖤🏳️‍🌈

The best leather/fetish bar in Berlin! Very friendly staff and even friendlier guests. And they take credit cards, which is super convenient when your attire doesn't allow for pockets. 😈

Unfortunately, a group of friends (on 35, others in their early 40s) were not allowed in. Surprised to see a dress code in a place which is meant to be inclusive by design.

Definitely the place to be when you’re a guy into leather in Berlin. During black weekend the place is filled with all kinds of characters, from guys in military uniforms to pups, rubber clad dudes, workers, etc. The vibe is immaculate, and the place is full of energy, whether it’s in the front, or in the back. The entrance fee is totally justified, and you get a free drink for it. Though do keep in mind that while they offer Apple Pay / Google Pay, it doesn’t work for the entrance fees, so bring a bit of cash. All in all, highly recommended!
