Beautiful room, very clean and spacious; the only thing is, the sofa on the balcony could use an update. Not far from the city center. Very quiet room.

The hotel itself is really lovely, the room is a good size, and the bathroom is well-equipped. The only minor drawback with the room was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. However, I was very displeased that I was charged an extra €10 for a supposedly "early" check-in upon arrival at around 1:25 pm. There was no mention of such fees on the booking confirmation – nor were any check-in or check-out times specified. Everyone can decide for themselves whether they consider such practices acceptable for an overnight stay at a price just under €100 without breakfast – and a total stay of a maximum of 20 hours (3 pm to 11 am). Personally, I will definitely not be booking here again and advise against supporting this practice.

I had stayed at this hotel before and had a really good experience. That's why I was so disappointed with my last stay. This time, I paid double the price for four nights, significantly more than with my previous booking. Unfortunately, the quality of the room was considerably worse. The room was partially unclean upon arrival: * dirty floor, * yellowish stains in the bathroom, * grime under the sink, * limescale buildup in the shower head with hair, * dirty hairdryer and sink area. What was particularly unpleasant was that I had to clean several areas myself before I even felt comfortable enough to shower and sleep there. The towels also smelled greasy rather than fresh and clean. Furthermore, the amenities were significantly reduced compared to my last stay. In addition, there was a massive amount of noise disturbance during my stay from an event at the hotel. Sleep was virtually impossible until about 5:00 a.m. The reception staff were friendly and gave me fresh towels, but they didn't offer a real solution. It's a shame, as my first stay was really positive. This time, the value for money unfortunately didn't meet my expectations at all.

Location-wise, we could have found a much easier place to stay, even though it was right next to the train tracks. It was very quiet. We were allowed to sit outside for quite a while, but I don't know if that was because there was a concert going on. I was disappointed that I had to pay another 300 euros for two nights. And then 40 euros for two nights' parking. And then, upon arrival, I only got a five-liter bottle of water for two people. I find that very disappointing. The rooftop terrace is nice and, I think, a highlight; you have a beautiful view. A large bottle of water costs eight euros, a bottle of wine at least nine euros. It was good that the reception was staffed all night, and you could always get drinks from the refrigerators downstairs. The room was quite small, but nicely furnished. However, having to slam the doors shut doesn't exactly ensure that the other hotel guests have peace and quiet when you come back from a concert at 2 a.m. That's it. The door issue isn't an isolated incident. And the refrigerator was completely iced up and wasn't cooling properly. They could have defrosted it or something. The air conditioning worked. But for this price, I would choose a different hotel next time. The reception staff were very, very friendly. We only wanted coffee at breakfast, but there were some communication difficulties due to language barriers. However, even then, the staff were very friendly. No complaints there. The staff were very accommodating. We were compensated after something went wrong with the meal, and they handled the situation very well. That's commendable.

A very pleasant hotel with beautiful rooms and good service. The rooftop bar offers a lovely panoramic view and delicious drinks. The charging facilities (two parking spaces) at a flat rate make traveling with electric cars easier.

Let me start with the hotel itself: The rooms looked nice; there was a basic TV, one queen-size bed, and a 1.60m x 90cm bed (a pull-out sofa). Towels and two bottles of water were provided. Unfortunately, the shower drain wasn't working properly, so the bathroom was constantly flooded (two people showered, and afterward, the entire bathroom was like a swimming pool, with 1-3cm of water). Breakfast was included in the price without us even asking, and on-site, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night was payable. So, for us, four people, it was a total of €16 for just two nights. Now, about the location. There's a parking garage that you can book for €18 per day, if there's any space available. Otherwise, the parking situation was typical for a big city (sometimes a 20-minute walk from the car). The hotel is right next to an Aldi Süd supermarket, which is good, but unfortunately, it's also right next to a railway crossing. The barrier comes down very loudly every 1-3 minutes, and it feels like you're lying on the tracks next to a passing train. It's extremely loud. Closing the windows wasn't an option because the air conditioning couldn't reach the advertised 18 degrees Celsius (it was incredibly hot). I received an offer through Airbnb for €174 including tourist tax for 2 nights and 4 people. Unfortunately, due to a problem at the hotel, it wasn't bookable, so I called and arranged to pay on arrival. ... At check-in, they charged €274 because they supposedly couldn't match the Airbnb prices, which is what I had booked at (by phone). Yes, I paid €100 more for the same thing, and they also didn't mention the breakfast I didn't want. So, all in all, not great. Not recommended. The railway crossing is awful.

Bro, I live 10 streets away and I still hear the parties. You can't leave a window open at night if you don't want to join the party at 3 a.m. The music isn't even good, and the shouting and yelling keeps you from sleeping.
