Bar M&V

There were two of us at the bar on Whit Monday around 6:45 pm, and we sat outside until 7:10 pm. There were two employees working at the time. One of them went out at least four times, completely ignoring us. He was wearing sunglasses and eating while serving customers. He would sit down, chew his bread, and munch away, then abruptly get up and go back inside. We were completely ignored—his behavior was utterly absurd! The other man, who has been working there for several years, also came out at least three or four times, pretending not to notice us, and served everyone around us, including the people sitting next to and behind us, just not us. When I called out "Excuse me," he immediately ignored me, and no, he wasn't far away and couldn't have missed it. ... The man went inside, came back out a few minutes later to take new orders, and this time ignored my partner, who also tried to get our attention when the man was just 2-3 meters away. The employee simply walked away without a word. And no, it wasn't loud at the time; we could be heard clearly! In total, we were ignored at least 7-8 times, even though we politely tried to get our attention and were simply ignored. It seemed very deliberate. You can't miss or overlook someone that often, and the terrace wasn't even very full! The other guests were also surprised by the staff's behavior, so we got up and left. We have rarely experienced anything so hostile and unprofessional! An absolute disaster! We suspect it was simply envy and spite, because we really can't explain it any other way! If I could, I would give zero stars!

Beautiful place with good non-alcoholic options. The hot curly haired server was the best, he’s always working and keeping an eye on every guest. I’ll be back to try more mocktails 😍

Best Pisco sour in town

I waited a long time, but the waiter just ignored me. I got my own drink inside in the end. I ordered a second drink but it never came. I went inside to pay and left. It was not a nice place to be for me. Edit: came back for a second chance and ended up having a good time. I adjusted the rating to 4 stars.
