Wonderful hotel
Really enjoying my stay at the Moxy Karlsruhe. The hotel has a fun, modern vibe without trying too hard. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, and the staff at both the reception desk and bar were consistently friendly and welcoming. One thing I especially liked was seeing local residents come into the bar area to watch the World Cup matches on the big screen. It gave the hotel a lively community feel that you don’t often find in chain hotels. The gym is also surprisingly well equipped. My only minor gripe is the lack of coffee or tea facilities in the room. And while the shampoo, soap, and conditioner dispensers are appreciated from a sustainability perspective, each pump seems determined to dispense only a microscopic amount. After a long day of travel, getting enough shampoo can turn into an unexpected upper-body workout. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Great atmosphere, friendly people, excellent breakfast, and a hotel I’d happily stay at again when visiting Karlsruhe.
I was accommodated here as a participant in the RoadStars Driving Experience 2026 event. I can say that I was satisfied here. There is also a parking lot for guests on the hotel premises. The reception, hotel restaurant and bar are located in one place. When you arrive at the hotel, you look for the reception, but it is part of the bar. The service here is pleasant and helpful. So yes, if I were somewhere in the area and needed accommodation, I would use this hotel.
