Nice hotel, good location

Cool hotel in a central yet quiet location. Appreciated the attention to our request for a room on the quieter side. The room itself was simple in design with a very comfortable bed and excellent quality pillows (though an extra one would have been nice). Breakfast buffet very good; the whole 'vibe' side to the place really wasn't for us but staff were friendly and we enjoyed our brief stay.

Unfortunately, star ratings are based on amenities. This hotel doesn't live up to its star rating or its price. The room offered a view from the window that was limited to a wall just two meters away, and the bathroom lacked a light at the mirror – every woman knows what that means. There were only three makeup wipes provided, and while the minibar was included, it was quite meager: two small bottles of iced tea, two small bottles of water, and one bottle of apple juice. I'm talking about 200ml bottles here. The minibar was supposed to be restocked daily, but this wasn't possible because room cleaning could be waived for short stays. The complimentary drink offered as compensation was small consolation, given the bar's prices. The in-room safe didn't work from the first day, and a complaint to reception was fruitless. Otherwise, it's a clean hotel that benefits from its central location.

The location and hotel are great! There is also a beautiful terrace on the top floor. But I am still giving it 3 stars. That is because of the breakfast. I find the breakfast ridiculously expensive! I checked on Booking first and the price was cheaper there than there, and the difference was really significant. I paid almost as much for breakfast as for the stay.

A good and solid city hotel for a short break. Despite a few minor flaws or points of criticism, it is highly recommended.

We are frequent visitors to Leipzig, and the Innside is our absolute favorite hotel. Unfortunately, during our last stay, we were disappointed to find that there was no longer a coffee machine in the room. Since there isn't even a freely accessible coffee machine outside of breakfast hours, this represents a significant drop in quality. We sincerely hope that a solution can be found for this issue that befits the hotel's upscale category. Otherwise, the staff at both reception and in the restaurant were, as always, extremely friendly, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel is very pleasant.

We held a private event in the Skylounge with several overnight guests. The service, friendliness, and facilities were outstanding. The location is also superb, with excellent access by both car and public transport. The rooms are very well-maintained, clean, and modernly furnished. Highly recommended!

Great location, excellent breakfast, very comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were also able to use the rooftop terrace and enjoy delicious cocktails. The birthday surprise was a success; I've never experienced anything like it in any other hotel. Thank you so much again for that!!! We'll definitely be back!

Great hotel, good service, beautiful rooms and most importantly very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean.
